For more than twenty years, Mr. Hahn has been guiding and advising licensed legal professionals in every facet of their legal professional practice. Through his experience, judgment, and skill as a negotiator and advocate, Mr. Hahn has established a reputation of successful representation and a record of obtaining the best possible result for each client. His extensive experience with the various State agencies keeps him familiar with the current internal management of these agencies and the attorneys who represent them.

Prior to forming the Firm, Mr. Reinhardt spent several years working for the Law Office of Gould & Hahn. Beginning in 2011, he worked directly with Mr. Hahn as a legal assistant, gaining a wealth of experience about the unique challenges that licensed professionals and businesses face, while at the same time developing his knowledge of the specialized area of administrative law. After being admitted to the California State Bar and he was promoted to the role of Associate Attorney and continued his work with the Law Office. In 2020, Mr. Hahn and Mr. Reinhardt formed Gould, Hahn, & Reinhardt, and Mr. Reinhardt assumed his current role as a Managing Partner with the Firm.

After more than 30 years of successful practice representing large and small business owners in administrative policy and responsibility, as well as negotiating and drafting all aspects of contracts, Mr. Gould is currently enjoying retirement. 

Ms. Pietrantoni is the newest addition to the team of attorneys at Gould, Hahn, & Reinhardt after being admitted to the California State Bar in 2021. Prior to joining the team as an Associate Attorney, Ms. Pietrantoni worked directly with Mr. Hahn and Mr. Reinhardt as a legal assistant for several years, gaining invaluable experience and knowledge in the specialized area of administrative law. During this time, she was able to assist the attorneys in the successful resolution of numerous disciplinary actions and become familiar with how different Boards and regulatory agencies operate.

Iustina’s practice focuses on administrative license defense and labor and employment law. For the last decade, Iustina has served clients throughout the state of California who are facing employment law issues or disciplinary action against their license.
