From the formation of the firm in 1997 through his retirement in 2025, Mr. Hahn guided, advised, and represented countless professional licensees as well as the owners of CDSS-licensed business. Through his experience, judgment, and skill as a negotiator and advocate, Mr. Hahn established a reputation of successful representation and a record of obtaining the best possible result for each client. His extensive experience with the various State agencies allowed him to develop a deep knowledge of potential outcomes and legal strategies, which he has shared with the current team that succeeds him. 

Nearly thirty years of working with the same State licensing agencies allowed Mr. Hahn to develop professional relationships with staff at every level within those organizations. These relationships are characterized by mutual trust, respect, and a sense of regard for both the agencies’ mission and the effectiveness of his and his firm’s skills. Because of his long-time familiarity and personal interactions with agency staff and the administrative law judges who hear their cases, Mr. Hahn provided insight into the particular concerns of each licensing agency and was able to design results for each client that are as personally satisfying as possible. It was Mr. Hahn’s practice to tailor the handling of each case to the particular needs and concerns of each client, an approach he has shared with Mr. Reinhardt and the rest of the legal team.
