OF COUNSEL

Katie has over 15 years of experience as a litigator and has exclusively practiced company-side employment law since 2021.  In addition to litigating employment disputes and wage and hour matters, Katie conducts workplace investigations, presents client trainings, and advises employers on a wide range of employment issues including PAGA and class action cases, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, disability accommodation, and best practices for human resources.  She has spoken at industry conferences on topics such as preventing sexual harassment, workplace violence prevention plans, and managing witnesses in investigations.

In addition to her work with Gould, Hahn, & Reinhardt, Katie also currently owns a business (a Pilates studio in San Francisco) and previously served as general counsel for a mid-sized tech company, where she handled a full range of employment matters and also oversaw Human Resources. Katie’s experience in-house and as a business owner means she understands first-hand the legal hurdles and potential pitfalls businesses face.
