Since 2011, Ms. Andrade has served as a paralegal in the private and nonprofit sectors. As an immigration paralegal, she helped hundreds of Bay Area families seek immigration relief. Ms. Andrade also has extensive background in matters of civil litigation involving plaintiff-side employment discrimination matters, wage & hour disputes, class actions, and personal injury in California.
While in Florida, Ms. Andrade was a litigation paralegal at an ERISA law firm. Her versatile professional experience provides Ms. Andrade with a unique outlook in assisting our clients with their administrative law proceedings. Ms. Andrade attended UC Berkeley, where she was selected as a Ronald E. McNair Scholar. Her research focused on the presence of Islamophobia within the Mexican immigrant community and was published in McNair Scholars Journal.
Ms. Andrade is fluent in Spanish, advanced in Portuguese, and has an understanding of Egyptian Colloquial Arabic. She provides research document production and case management support to the attorneys.
